At Zigmaverse, we are committed to maintaining a clear and transparent refund policy. As our products are delivered digitally, specific conditions apply to eligibility for refunds.
By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Nature of Digital Products
All courses offered by Zigmaverse are digital educational products delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS) and, where applicable, private community platforms.
Access to the course content constitutes full delivery of the product.
No Refund After Access
Once access to the LMS or any associated course materials has been granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. You will not be eligible for a refund if:
You have logged into your account
You have accessed any course material
You have joined any private community group
Pre-Purchase Responsibility
We strongly encourage all prospective students to review our free educational content (e.g., YouTube lectures) to understand our teaching style and course structure before making a purchase decision.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have made an informed decision.
Mistaken Payments
Refunds may be considered only in cases of genuine mistaken payments, provided that:
- • No access to the LMS has been granted
- • Request is submitted immediately after transaction
Requests made after account activation or content access will not be eligible.
Administrative Fee
All approved refunds are subject to a non-refundable administrative processing fee of 500 LKR. This fee covers transaction processing and operational costs.
Strictly Non-Refundable
- • Bank transfer fees
- • Payment gateway or card processing fees
- • Cryptocurrency transaction or network (gas) fees
Refund Request Procedure
Eligible requests must include: Proof of payment, Full Name, and Email used for registration.

Final Decision
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Zigmaverse reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on the conditions outlined in this policy. All decisions are final.
