All courses offered by Zigmaverse are digital educational products delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS) and, where applicable, private community platforms.
Access to the course content constitutes full delivery of the product.
We strongly encourage all prospective students to review our free educational content (e.g., YouTube lectures) to understand our teaching style and course structure before making a purchase decision.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have made an informed decision.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of genuine mistaken payments, provided that:
- No access to the LMS has been granted
- Request is submitted immediately after transaction
Requests made after account activation or content access will not be eligible.
- Bank transfer fees
- Payment gateway or card processing fees
- Cryptocurrency transaction or network (gas) fees
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
