Refund Policy
At Zigmaverse, we maintain a transparent and strict policy regarding digital course enrollments.
LMS Access & Deliverability
Our Advanced Trading courses are digital products. Once a student has been granted access to our **Learning Management System (LMS)** or our private community groups, the service is considered fully delivered.
We do not issue refunds after access to the LMS has been granted. If you have paid, logged in, or watched any content, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Students are encouraged to watch our free introductory lectures on YouTube to understand our teaching style before making a payment.
Mistaken Payments
Refunds are exclusively considered in cases of mistaken payments where the user has not yet received access to the course materials. If you have made a payment in error, you must request a refund immediately and before your account is activated.
For every approved refund, a flat administrative processing fee of 500 LKR will be deducted from the total amount. This covers banking transactions and administrative overhead.
Non-Refundable Costs
Please note that the following costs are strictly non-refundable:
- Bank transfer fees and transaction charges.
- Card processing gateway fees.
- Cryptocurrency network (gas) fees.
Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a mistaken payment before access was given, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with:
- Your Proof of Payment (Receipt/Screenshot).
- Full Name and the email used for registration.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the 500 LKR deduction.
